Fees
are submitted with the Birchwood School enrollment agreement as a
deposit. Tuition is paid in full by June 1, 2010 or payment
arrangements can be made through Tuition Management Systems with the
first payment due by July 1, 2010.

Requirement
To continue our
community spirit at Birchwood and to maintain the
many projects
and initiatives of the Parents Committee, all parents will be
required to contribute five hours of volunteer service to the school
yearly.
The Birchwood Parents Committee in conjunction with
the Birchwood administration has prepared a list of jobs that can be
done at home or school, which will greatly benefit the operation of the
school. Sign up
for the volunteer work program will occur in late spring. The
volunteer work is valued at $40 per hour. Hence, if there are work or
time constraints
which prohibit volunteer work, a donation can be given to the school in
lieu
of service hours. Five hours = $200.
